We choose only the best agents to be Redfin partners. We carefully interview each candidate, check at least three customer references, and ensure that each agent has completed at least 15 local transactions. And every partner agent must adhere to the same principles that guide our agent employees:

• We publish location and price data for every transaction.
• We survey every client, and publish every response.
• Our agents earn more when you are satisfied.
• We credit $500 of the buyer gift
• We fire agents who get bad reviews
